My experience with Phong was a very pleasurable one. I got to work with another agent when looking for a house, but I did not feel that I was being listened to. The most noticeable difference to me was Phong's availability. Whenever a new listing came out that fit my wants, he was there showing it. I also got tips on the different financing available. I did not feel pressured… I really appreciated all the real estate tips and articles. Thanks again for making my search such a great and fulfilling experience. A year ago, Phong and I sat down to discuss my real estate needs. I wanted to buy an investment property. Phong was ready to meet me right away. I am very busy, so when I do have time, I called Phong and he was always there for me on short notice. I needed someone with lots of flexibility… Phong and I met and talked about all the different options. The one thing that I admired the most was that Phong was looking out for my interest. Phong wasn't looking to just pawn me a house and disappear. He and I established good, long-term relationship. We wanted to help each other out. That's what I wanted from the beginning—someone I can trust and be a friend with. I will refer all my friends and relatives to Phong.
