My Background

I came to the United States in 1975. In the last 5 years, I have helped a few Asian clients and minorities in general in buying their first home or selling their home.
As a Vietnamese realtor, I work with a lot of Vietnamese customers.
In 2010, I got my designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
Member of The Minnesota Real Estate Team, was the #1 Re/Max team in Minnesota from 2006-2009. In 2009, our team sold 701 homes. Currently, in 2010 we have sold 650 homes.
Our unique marketing plan includes many different aspects, one of which is internet marketing.
Our team spends over $300 a day on Google and internet advertising.
I grew up in Northeastern Minnesota and moved to the Twin Cities in 1989. In my free time, I like to go to the YMCA, and play basketball.I also enjoys playing football, volleyball, and tennis. Use my experience to build your wealth through real estate.

In 2002, my wife and I started to invest in real estate. We saw our parents invest, and we thought we should start investing also. We watched late night infomercial with Russ Whitney the investor guru.

I finally found a local realtor that invested in real estate. We met and then everything start to make sense. Since 2002, we have purchased 5 single family homes, a townhouse, a commercial property, and also bought and sold a 4-plex. All of our properties are currently rented out now.
As new investors , my wife and I experienced the struggle of what it's like own estate without expert advice. We didn't have anyone to get professional advice or real estate investment seminar to get FREE information. We ended up selling that fourplex in 2005. The four-plex was cash-flowing very nicely but it was a long drive (about 40 miles one way) from Burnsville and it was taking its toll on me.

Family and Personal Interests

I am from Vietnam. In 1975, I came over to the United States with my family when I was 7-years-old. I can speak Vietnamese and English fluently. My wife and I have been married for 12 years now. We have 3 boys, ages twelve, eight and six. We currently live in Burnsville, Minnesota. My wife is a podiatrist. In my free time, I like to golf, play basketball, and go to the YMCA. I have a basketball court in my backyard. In the summertime, I enjoy playing with the three boys on the trampoline.
