My experience with Phong was wonderful and educational. I started looking for an investment property with no idea of what I was looking for. That's where Phong stepped in to give me his knowledge that he obtained through his own experiences. He told me what kind of houses would have good re-sale and which ones would rent out easily. I appreciated his honesty the most. I worked out of town most of the time, Phong took the time to preview each house before we looked at them, this saved us lots of time. I didn't have a lot of time to go to out looking. This is what impressed me the most. He was so patient and unlike other agents who just want to collect his commission, he gave me an honest opinion, which looking back was the correct one. He was always readily available for questions and for looking at properties. And if he wasn't available at the time, he calls back within an hour. He helped with the advertising, application review, and screened renters so I could find a good renter. Phong really made the whole experience enjoyable and I would recommend him to anyone I know. I plan to purchase 2 more rental properties with Phong in the near future.
